You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be returned in new and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise will be refunded we will not bear shipping charges.
For items returned after 30 days, SMParts.com will grant a restocking fee of up to 80% of the item’s value.

1 How to Return an Item
If you want to return an item contact us to get a restocking number before sending articles back to us and detailed instructions on how to return an item an get a refund will be sent to you immediately.
2 Refund Policy
Upon arrival at the SMParts warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will get store credit for the full cost of the merchandise (we will not refund any shipping charges and/or custom duties and other related fees either wrong shipping was caused by our error or not).
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will grant store credit for the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may only qualify for refunds of up to 80 percent.
Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to SMParts.com. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
3 Products Returned After 30 days
We grant refunds of up to 80% of the item’s value for items returned after 30 days. We will deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund as described in the Refund Policy.
If we send you a replacement item, we must receive the original item in the SMParts.com warehouse within 30 days from the date you initiated the return, or your account will be charged full price for the replacement item.
4 Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items must be claimed within 3 days upon receipt for return #.
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a store credit. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
